Winkler Midstream has built a large capacity, 18+ mile pipeline designed by the Midland based Parkhill, Smith & Cooper and constructed by Garney Construction.

Conveyance System

Winkler’s 50+ miles of water conveyance designed to transfer water from our well field to locations west of the Roark Ranch and deep into the heart of the Delaware Basin in Winkler and Loving Counties.

18+ Mile Pipeline

Winkler’s recently completed large capacity, 18+ mile pipeline with the ability to carry 250,000 bbls of water per day is commissioned and it is fully operational and can simultaneously supply more than 50,000 barrels/day to five different locations from the risers strategically located along the pipeline.

Pipeline Phase II

Phase II of this pipeline, which is currently in the design phase, will provide water 14 miles south into Ward County.
